Short-Term Rehabilitation

Our short term rehabilitation is uniquely designed for individuals who require short-term rehabilitation or a high degree of nursing care services before transitioning home.

These services include 24 hour nursing and specialized therapies in a skilled nursing facility.

• Physical Therapy helps increase endurance and strengthen muscles to transition back home safely.
• Occupational Therapy helps restore the activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and cooking.
• Speech Therapy helps evaluate and treat swallowing and speech challenges. Whether it be a specialized diet or starting to talk again.

We have 20 beautifully decorated Private Rehabilitation suites equipped with TV, Phones, Wi-Fi and Private Showers. All meals are served fresh in the dining room located on the Rehab Unit.

We accept Medicare, Medicaid and most private insurances.
