Can I be assured of an independent lifestyle at The Plaza?
Definitely. Our philosophy is to allow all the freedom and independence you may want, while at the same time assuring you of the concerned attention you may need.

How experienced are the people who manage The Plaza?
Our people have had years of experience in facilities management and in meeting the special housing needs of seniors throughout the United States.

May I have guests at The Plaza?
Certainly. Your friends and family are always welcome for a daytime or overnight stay at The Plaza. A small charge covers accommodations and meals if you use our hospitality room.

What is included in the housekeeping service?
Our housekeepers clean your apartment once a week when they will change your sheets, clean your bathroom and vacuum the carpets. Windows and stuffed furniture are cleaned as necessary.

Do I pay for using The Plaza transportation?
No. All it takes is a little planning on your part so you can fit your needs to the schedule.

I plan to keep my car. Is parking available?
Yes, The Plaza has adequate parking for residents and their guests.

Is there a charge if I use the hair salon?
This is one of the few extra charges. Payment is made directly to the beautician or barber.

We have licensed beauticians in the Beauty Shop and they offer a full array of services for both men and women.

Is there a large entrance fee to pay or investment to be made before being accepted?
No. Only a small non-refundable processing fee of $750.00 upon application is required.

What help can I expect if I become ill or am disabled suddenly?
Every apartment is equipped with an emergency call system, which is monitored on a 24-hour basis.

Are apartments climate controlled?
All apartments have individual temperature controls. You decide how warm or cool you wish to be.

How are meals provided?
The Plaza has a trained dietary staff that prepares three delicious meals daily.

What happens if I get sick for a few days?
Free tray service will be provided for three days, after which there will be a nominal charge.
