Definitely. Our philosophy is to allow all the freedom and independence you may want.

What services can I expect while living at The Village?
Our maintenance staff will take care of all your maintenance needs from snow removal to mowing the lawn and home maintenance repairs.

What amenities can I expect while living at The Village?
Residents living at The Village are welcome to use the library, beauty salon, exercise area and do your banking.

May I have guests at The Village?
Certainly. Your friends and family are always welcome for a daytime or overnight stay at The Village.

Do I pay for using The Plaza Transportation?
Yes. Residents living in The Village will pay a nominal fee when riding in The Plaza bus.

I plan to keep my car. Is parking available?
Yes, Sycamore Glen has adequate parking for residents and their guests.

Is there a charge if I use the hair salon?
This is one of the few extra charges. Payment is made directly to the beautician or barber.

We have licensed beauticians in the Beauty Shop and they offer a full array of services for both men and women.

Is there an entrance fee to pay or investment to be made before being accepted?
Yes, the entrance fee is based on the size and options you choose.

Are villas climate controlled?
All villas have individual temperature controls. You decide how warm or cool you wish to be.

Are residents living in The Village able to eat in The Plaza dining room?
Yes, by purchasing a meal ticket residents are able to dine in The Plaza dining room. Sycamore Glen has trained dietary staff that prepare three delicious meals daily.
